This first truly eco disposable nappy was a world first milestone and marked the start of a new era of environmental choice for parents. 


Fast forward to today, and through significant research & product development and use on more than 5 million babies bottoms, Ecoriginals nappies continue to evolve, and are now made of an unrivalled >90% plant-based ingredients with performance exceeding traditional disposable nappies.

We have already created a high performing ultra-absorbent nappy with every layer made from plant-based and biodegradable materials, giving us an over 90% biodegradable marker today.

Currently, only 2 outer components remain that are not entirely made from plants - sticky tabs and leg elastic (both can be cut out and discarded separately after use if needed).

And we won’t stop until we reach a 100% plastic-free alternative, and until then we will continue to offset our impact.
